Genewel, a subsidiary of Dongsung Chemical, announced on December 9th that it was named one of Korea’s best work-life balance companies by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. This prestigious recognition highlights the company’s commitment to creating a supportive work environment, with a particular focus on work-life balance among mid-sized enterprises.

Genewel has been praised for its flexible work policies. The company has implemented several initiatives, including shared office spaces and a staggered commuting system, which allow employees to work in other locations of their choice and choose flexible working hours.
